Who We Are
Transparency Business Services was founded in 2016, born out of the idea that every business owner should have access to accounting support services that add value to their business and help them to achieve their long-term goals. Unlike traditional bookkeepers & accounting firms, we offer services guided by a desire to understand your unique business and the passion behind it.

Founder and Director Jade Tran is an expert at translating the tsunami of digits your business generates every day into meaningful information and advice. Action plans are designed and implemented with an owner’s perspective, focusing on your business’ needs and objectives. We aim to do more than simply provide accounting services, we want to help you hear what your business is saying.
Cash is the lifeforce of any business, and it is vital to know how it flows both in and out of your organisation. Our process begins with an assessment of your current accounts, and your business as a whole, to understand the full scope of the work to be done. For transparency and understanding, we then discuss with you our desired approach for the project and opportunities for increased efficiencies, create a plan of action, and provide the highest quality support throughout the implementation process. With the new accurate and relevant information, we develop strategic advice for your business, explaining to you what the numbers mean in ways that are impactful and easy to comprehend. Once your accounts are in order and operating effectively, we deliver continued support and maintenance, allowing you to focus on what you do best: your business.
Where We Are Located
TBS is proud to be based out of Sydney, NSW. With most applications and databases now running from the cloud and advanced communication technologies, we provide our services to businesses across Australia (and beyond).
What’s Next
The emergence of cloud-based accounting software means that we can offer our superior services to businesses throughout Australia, and the world, from our Sydney headquarters. In future we aim to open more local office branches in other capital cities around Australia.
