At the start of her journey towards founding TBS, Jade built a strong background in accounting and finance through years of experience in tax and compliance for Australian businesses. Rather than joining a major corporate accounting firm, she focused on gaining exposure to private-sector firms, building a network, and gaining experience working with clients on a one-to-one level. Jade loved the work she was doing and the experiences those firms provided, but eventually felt the desire to learn what larger, public companies had to offer.

Though she thrived in those project finance and project management positions, she realized that what she truly wanted to do was help people, particularly entrepreneurs and private businesses. With that goal firmly in mind, Jade set out to create Transparency Business Services.

Since she was young, she was always interested in business and believed that accounting is what business is all about. Her unique ability to explain accounting to business owners in terms they actually understand makes her uniquely qualified to serve the needs of private business owners. Her goal is to help the numbers “speak to owners, so they can really see their business as it is, and plan for the future.” She has built TBS on the three founding principles that have guided her life: Honesty, Trust, and Value. By providing high-quality services with honesty and building the trust vital to managing others’ finances, Jade strives to give as much value as she can to each and every client, each and every day.

Daisy has been part of the TBS team for over 2 years and is currently a Senior Client Manager. In her role, Daisy is the client lead ensuring client queries are responded to and is responsible for completing end-of-month reports, lodging PAYGW, Payroll Tax, budget and EOFY workpapers and compliance. Her career spans 6 years in tax and compliance for Australian businesses where she has had exposure to a number of industries. Daisy’s approach to her work and client relationship stems from accountability, loyalty and quality service.

Daisy holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the Academy of Finance and is currently furthering her studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Outside of work, Daisy enjoys spending time in the kitchen trying new recipes by cooking up a storm for her family and friends. She also loves to keep active by spending time in nature.

Clara joins TBS with 5 years of experience in a number of financial analysis and support roles. She is excellent with financial models and our excel guru. In her role, she is responsible for completing end-of-month reports, lodging BAS/ IAS, budgeting and forecasting and financial modelling and business analysis. Clara’s approach to her work stems from accountability, accuracy and quality service.

Clara holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the HELP University and is currently furthering her studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Outside of work, Clara enjoys photography, shopping and keeping active.

Sandy started out with TBS as a graduate. During her time at university, she was carefully selected as a project consultant for the local council giving the client multiple recommendations to improve their business performance. Sandy was also recognised as a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. As an Accountant at TBS, she is responsible for completing end-of-month reports, lodging BAS/ IAS, Payroll Tax, budget and EOFY workpapers and compliance.

Sandy holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Professional Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology. She intends to further her studies with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Outside of work, Sandy loves to explore new cuisines, travel and tries to get a well balanced work-life balance by practising yoga.

The youngest in the team, Amy joined TBS as a graduate. Her key responsibilities are completing end-of-month reports, lodging BAS/ IAS, and EOFY workpapers and compliance. Amy’s approach to her work stems from accountability, attention to detail and quality of service.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Macquarie University.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies and travelling on weekends.
